Our vision at Dawn Patrol is to supply premium, great tasting coffee to our customers every time. To do that we need to make sure your coffee is small-batch roasted and doesn't sit on a shelf for weeks before shipping out. To hold true to that commitment we decided to roast twice a week (for now) and put your order in the following batch so we never ship coffee that's been sitting on the shelf for too long. Does this make us the fastest company in getting coffee to your door? No, but we're not trying to be. If you can wait an extra day or two, we promise you'll agree it's worth it!
